When it comes to custom building a motorhome, we can do it all. Motor Homes, Campervans, RVs, 5th Wheelers, even Horse Floats and trailers. We don’t profess to be the cheapest, but we do profess to be the best, and we guarantee our work to prove it. Your vehicle is built at our premises by our experienced in-house team of tradespeople and craftsmen. As a family business with a close-knit team, we work together to ensure every detail is completed to the highest industry and NZ Safety Standards. From the design stage through to the finished product, we encourage you to be involved. This is your vehicle and we want to work with you to ensure you get exactly what you want. We also work to your budget. We have different tools, techniques and materials so, if it’s possible to do, we’ll work with the budget you give us to get you the result you want.
What does Custom Build Actually Mean?
When we custom build, we work with you to transfer your idea or design into reality. This can either be to build the vehicle from scratch onto a bus or truck chassis, or to convert an existing vehicle to your specifications. You can either supply us with the chassis or vehicle, or, we will source one for you to your budget. There are two main options for us to use as a starting point:

Bus Chassis. This is known as a pusher, the motor is at the back. Many people prefer a Bus Conversion for a motor home as the design give you a quieter, smoother ride allowing you to drive all day with minimal fatigue. It is also usually more expensive.

Truck Chassis. This is a front engine vehicle and usually comes with the cab attached. It’s more rigid, can be noisier and a harder ride. This is usually the less expensive option.

The vehicle body and construction is only part of what we do. The interior fit out is what really makes your vehicle special. We are experts in maximising the area available and utilising every piece of space correctly. Our team of designers, joiners and upholsterers will help you create exactly what you want, where you want it to the quality you insist on. From a superbly designed living and dining area that converts to a Home Entertainment Centre, to a Gourmet Kitchen with every appliance you need for entertaining friends.
